Candidate Profiles are the hub of your recruiting and hiring process. From this view, you’ll be able to track applicants, manage the pipeline, take notes, review their resumes, and all necessary information about the candidate.
The Candidate Details screen is separated into seven different sections.
Users can add tags and notes about the candidate in the details section while viewing other candidate sections.
The candidate vitals stays on the screen at all times; you can view vital information and take several actions.
In the first part (lefthand side) of the candidate vitals, you can view the candidate’s name, overall score, city and state, the source of the application, and the current pipeline stage.
In the second part (righthand side) of the candidate vitals, you can
Three dots menu – the user can edit the candidate’s profile, download their resume, and delete the candidate.
Green Share button – the user can share the candidates profile internally, by email, or by a unique URL
Decline button – the user can quickly decline the candidate. Once you decline the candidate, the button will turn blue, and the word decline will be changed to Declined.
Blue Change Stage button – the user can change the pipeline stage of the candidate
In the candidate’s overview section, you can add tags, view, add, or edit the candidate’s email, phone number, social media links, and attachments. In addition, you can add and save a note about the candidate.
The user can view the candidate’s resume in this section. Also, the user can upload a new resume and download the current resume.
In the Scorecard section, the user can view the individual scores and the candidate’s overall score.
The user can also add their score by click the text My Scorecard.
A popup window will appear where you can add your comments and score.
Under View All scoring, you can view all of the scores for the specific candidate.
Under the comments section, you can view all of each user’s different comments that have submitted a scorecard on the candidate.
You can email individual candidates from their profile and email a batch of candidates from the Candidates tab of any position. By default, VIVAHR will mask your email address so recipients won’t see your direct address.

Adding in CC & BCC to Messages
You’re able to add multiple email addresses into the CC or BCC field; have sure to put a comma between each recipient.
Click Send Email
Once your message has been sent, you’ll see it in the conversation history, from newest to oldest.
You can use the notes sections to record and organize your thoughts on candidates throughout the hiring process.
Click the blue + Add Note button.
Enter the text of the note and click Save to finish the note
Questionnaires are versatile and powerful tools. Find out how to use questionnaires to screen candidates and automate certain functions.
Questionnaires are sent to candidates via email. You can customize the message that goes along with the questionnaire.
Click the blue + Send Questionnaire button
Enter the subject line for the email, select the questionnaire from the dropdown list, and you have the option to add a premade email template.
Enter the email text under the email body and click send when you send the questionnaire.
You will receive a notification once the candidate fills out the questionnaire.
In the Activity section, you can view all the actives that are associated with the candidate.
